The Best New Burberry Product Launches In 2020

Burberry featured some really cool designs in their spring 2020 ready to wear collection. I have featured here some of their new product launches in 2020 as well as clothing from that show that is now available for purchase.

1. Fringed Wool Cashmere A-line Skirt:

This high waisted A-Line skirt from Burberry is made in Italy and the material is made of 95% wool and 5% cashmere with fringes at the bottom to give it a very fluid look. The skirt’s length is 23.6 inches and has a 100% cupro lining. This skirt would go great with a tank top or even a pea coat. You could also pair this with Burberry’s Wool Cashmere Blazer and their wool point toe mules. This skirt was featured in Burberry’s Spring 2020 ready to wear collection and was showcased by British model Fran Summers.

2. Angel Print Silk Chiffon Blouse:

This italian woven silk chiffon blouse is made from 100% Mulberry silk and features two pockets in the front along with press stud cuffs. This is available only in black and comes in sizes 00 to 16. You could pair this with a skirt like Burberry’s Leopard Print Pleated Skirt or even wear a jersey over it.Burberry’s Leather Point-toe Pumps would also be a great choice of footwear to go with this blouse.

3. Corset Detail Check Technical Wool Blazer:

This wool blazer is inspired by victorian corsetry and features a two way zip and striped panels and a lace up at the back along with a welt pocket and patch pockets. The material is made from 55% polyester and 45% wool and a 100% cupro lining. You could pair this with Burberry’s Split-Toe Detail Gingham Cotton Sandals and their Stripe and Check Technical Wool Mini Skirt as the stripes and patterns are very similar to the blazer. Chinese Model Jing Wen wore this blazer on the runway during for the Spring 2020 collection.

4. Logo Graphic Wool Cashmere Jacquard Hooded Cape:

This cape made from 70% wool and 28% cashmere features patch pockets and a jacquard woven big burberry logo at the back with red stripes along the borders of the cape. Price: $1250.

5. Quilted Lambskin Lola Bum Bag:

This Burberry bum bag is made from Italian tanned lambskin and features the beautiful Thomas Burberry Monogram on the front which is made of metal. You can carry it either on the shoulder, by the strap or around the waist. The bag features an exterior zip pocket and an interior slip pocket as well as a foldover top with magnetic closure.

6. Topstitched Tropical Gabardine Trench Coat:

This beautiful trench coat has some nice big buttons on the front with clean lines, contrast topstitching features and some nice detailing at the back. It also features a double-breasted closure and buckles made from calf leather The design at the back of the collar too is quite nice and adds to its fashionable look. You could pair this trench coat with Burberry’s Striped Stretch Jersey Turtleneck Top or their Ruched Jersey Mini Skirt. For footwear you could go with their Split-Toe Detail Leather Sandals which have a simple but very elegant design.

7. Panelled Wool Silk Jersey Dress:

This beautiful Jersey dress is made from a blend of cashmere,  wool and silk and features a sculpted silhouette design with some nice puffy, flowy sleeves. You also have a zip closure at the back which isn’t very evident and is concealed well and there are cuffs at the base of the sleeves. Burberry‘s scarf tie detail point toe mules in pecan melange would go very well with this dress.

8. Cotton Canvas and Lambskin Blouson:

This very cool looking blouson comes in a beautiful vanilla color and features a lambskin collar strap, two-way zip closure, cuffs, and flap pockets. The trims like the strap are made of lambskin while the outer material is 100% cotton. You could pair this with a Burberry Silk shirt and their mohair wool a-line skirt. Their  Graphic Canvas and Leather Pocket Bag  which has a very similar color tone would also help complete the look 

9. Montage Print Stretch Jersey Step-through Skirt:

This step-through skirt has a very clean design and features excerpts from William Shakespeare’s ‘Tempest’ and ‘Troilus and Cressida’. This dress was modeled by Maaike Straver for Burberry’s spring 2020 ready to wear collection. You could pair this skirt with Burberry’s Two-tone Nylon Reconstructed Track Jacket and their Horseferry Merino Wool Blend Jacquard Sweater.

10. Scarf Tie Detail Leather Point-toe Mules:

These Tie Detail Leather Point-toe Mules from Burberry are very stylish and come in four colors. They feature wraparound scarf ties and a slanted block heel. The lining is made from  88% sheep leather and the sole is 100% leather. The upper material is 52% polyamide, 30% calf leather and 18% elastane.
